Chambers for Accurate and Efficient Stability Testing
Our photostability and stability chambers are designed to meet ICH guidelines for long-term stability testing in pharmaceutical, medical and cosmetic applications. These applications include clinical trials, drug development and commercialization, medical device testing, cosmetic and personal care product testing and many others. The chambers maintain precise control over temperature and humidity to ensure reliable, accurate test results.
The photostability model (RX-3000L) features specialized LED lighting to meet ICH Q1B Option 1 guidelines. The chamber exposes test contents to LED spectra that replicate visible sunlight (6500K) and near-ultraviolet (UVA) concurrently and at a higher intensity than traditional lamps, enabling compliance with ICH test requirements within a 24-hour test cycle.
Percival’s IntellusUltra control system adapts to almost any programming style. It includes a port that enables access to SCADA/LIMS to customize data recording and tracking to ensure compliance with regulations such as CFR21 Part 11 or GMP Annex 11.
